For the next service designer to join our team, we are looking for the following.
You are able to lead projects with a team of designers. You plan, manage and execute the activities required to reach the project goal (user research, workshops, analysis...). You organise the project work efficiently, make decisions and aim for high quality deliverables and impact.
You are a master problem solver using human-centered design principles and you have a solid understanding of the agile processes of the fast-paced digital product development.
You have great communication skills, visually and verbally. You are comfortable giving presentations and translating complex ideas into comprehensive visuals.
